Qualifications

• Must be current property owner in Texas
• Property must be in reasonable condition
• Property owner must be under 65 (Seniors are eligible for special deferments in most counties)
• Must not have existing Federal/IRS tax lien on the property
• Borrowers cannot be in bankruptcy
• Amount due must be at least $3,000
